We had a bowl of Ramen with egg added and diced carrots. Bowl of watermelon to go with it. Dinner was less than 5 mins.

We love instant ramen, but today I made brandade de morue, from my native land:

With toast and a squeeze of lime, it's delicious.

I just saw a commercial for Popeye's big box, two pieces of chicken, two sides, biscuit for 6.99. I think I'll go get one. Haven't had Popeye's in about two years, I stopped going when I got a chicken sandwich and small red beans and rice and small coke and it came to $13.

Amazon fake mashed potatoes, frozen broccoli in microwave, filet mignon.

Smash burgers. Don't even have to add anything to the meat.

Leftover roasted chicken I made yesterday. Some roasted carrots, brussels sprouts, potatoes. Just with olive oil. salt, pepper and thyme. Salad.

But if you made ramen and are rolling with that for a couple of days, nice.

I make batches of meatballs and freeze them. Pulled a few out and warmed them up in some Raos sauce, then served on bucatini.

Salmon with pesto. Put out a piece of foil, drizzle some olive oil, put the salmon on, spoon on store bought pesto, wrap up, bake.

Super easy and tasty

I enjoy cooking, but it is too hot. I served a cold rotisserie chicken, a veggie platter, and cole slaw. Lunch was shrimp cocktail.
