Our family isn't quite ready for the commitmentment (and cost) of full-blown club swim and winter meets. Is NCAP Developmental Stroke School worth it to improve times?
I can't find the cost on the website - what was it last year? |

| we did it years ago in a different location. The cost then was pretty high. I don’t think it was worth NCAP name. |
