What have you seen? Looking for a smaller car to use just for city driving/commuting. Would like to stay under $300/month.

Hard to get that low once you include state sales tax. Depending on the state they spread the total sales tax on the full purchase over a typical 36 months lease.

Hyundai has a lot of lease deals. I know my in laws bought a Kona for about 32K, their leases are probably at your budget.

DC residents don't pay sales tax on EVs.
