In 2019 this one bedroom home in Potomac sold for 1.1 million dollars. We had a thread on it.
It has been completely redone, now a 3 bedroom home and for sale at 2.8 million! It won a ton of awards on the re-design so take a look. 🔥 Flame away! https://www.redfin.com/MD/Potomac/9900-Woodford-Rd-20854/home/10884604 |
| Nicely done. Very tasteful. |
+1 lovely |
| Where is the third bedroom on the floor plan? Also one bedroom has a tiny closet, and the other has no closet at all? |
I would take this one over the mansion in the other thread in a heartbeat. |
| I love it |
| Tasteful, but hard to say if it's worth the 1.7 million price increase. Having worked with Sandy Spring in the past, I found their work to be good quality but overpriced. |
| It's actually really pretty - I love all the natural stone and woodwork. |
| It’s nicely done but also needs to come finished for that price. |
| Wow! I had low expectations when I saw it was originally a 1 bedroom and couldn’t figure out how it could be converted to a nice 3 bed house. Clearly it wasn’t a small house to begin with and had good bones. I really like it. It has a lot of style. Sure beats my split level in Potomac! |
| IMO you would get much more value buying a larger house in Potomac at 1.8 and putting in a Million in renovations rather than being stuck with small footprint |
| Love it! |
| Wow |
+1. $2.8 million for two bedrooms is totally nuts. I guess they know this, which is why they're claiming there's a mystery third bedroom somewhere. |
| No pictures of the pond? |
