Please Recommend your Protein Shake!

Im struggling to get protein in my body. I also have a high A1C I need to try to get under control naturally. I’d like to incorporate one of these shakes as a meal replacement for one of my meals (lunch). I don’t want junk and can’t have something full of sugar. Anyone here research this at some point and can recommend one?

Premier Protein, chocolate flavor

Fairlife. Only protein drinks I’ve found that don’t taste like chemicals. I prefer 30gs of protein, but they are harder to find. Sometime I have to order from Amazon.

Clean Simple Eats. Their peaches and cream protein powder with oatmilk is the best part of my day. The best selections you need to order direct from the website, Amazon selection is limited.

OP here, thank you!

Fairlife (I think they are called Core Power now)

I am in a similar position. I have finally landed on some almond milk and frozen fruit thrown into the blender with protein powder. I use Vega One, but don't feel strongly about what protein powder to use.

I bought some Premier Protein shakes last weekend while out of town without my blender and I was disgusted by the taste of the fake sweetener. It's bad. Those kind of protein shakes take processed food to the next level.

Fairlife is tasty. Or Vital Collagen (flavorless)

I like the cake flavor--I'm such a child! 😂

I agree chocolate is good, though.

Avoid Muscle Milk. Tastes fake and chemically and generally terrible. Orgain's grassfed chocolate shakes (at Costco) are good, and currently still on sale.

Fairlife and Premier Protein are the ones that don’t have the weird fake taste that lots of the others have.
