I saw Facebook ads for a tasting menu that I can’t afford, so I was thinking I’d make my own.

What ideas do you have for a tasting menu?

It won’t be the same OP. Tasting menus are about the experience, ambience, and presentation.

True. I also love to cook but would never want to prepare one. It would be cooking like 14 different dishes. Sounds very stressful and likely expensive.
