Does this qualify as advertising, spam or abuse?

Someone is resurrecting old posts to announce the Kids Communications Center now has a website. I found it on three different threads (all very old ones) this morning and it seems he/she is resurrecting these threads for no better reason than to advertise the website. I don't know what I expect you to do about but it's very annoying (and not in the usual DCUM way).

Yep. Definitely spam. Thanks, I removed those plus a few others I found.
