| My 3 year old loves to eat the chicken out of his kid's chicken taco at our local Puerto Rican restaurant. (He also likes the chicken at Cava.) I eat mostly vegetables and fish, so this would be only for him and maybe his dad. Any suggestions for easy recipes for seasoned chicken, Puerto Rican style? |

So I paused when I read your post--I am Mexi-Rican or Chica-Rican as one might say and I have never seen a Puerto Rico taco. Are you sure you aren't eating another cuisine?
I suggest adobo seasoning in the Latino section of the grocery store. You can also buy sazon. There are a few varations of both. Try them and see what you like. There is also sofrito (condiment in a jar), of which there are two main types--red with tomato and peppers and onion and the green with culantro. Culantro is sort of like cilantro but not. Both are great for chicken. You can find some good recipes here: https://thenoshery.com/category/my-kitchen/cusine/puerto-rican-my-kitchen/ |

Thank you both!
As to the Puerto Rican tacos - it's a restaurant owned by two Puerto Ricans and it sells tacos. So maybe some kind of fusion or menu designed for wider appeal? |
Pp Mexican-American/Puerto Rican here. Definitely fusion because we kept the two cuisines separate in my house. |
