Which Cap should my 6 yr old wear tomorrow, the white, black or silver one?

I’m sure this is a troll post, but I’ll bite. Don’t wear black tomorrow unless the kid takes it off between events. It is going to be hot out and black will absorb more heat. Silver might be ok if it’s not a silicone cap. White will be least likely to absorb heat.

The darker and thicker the cap, the hotter it is. I am speaking from experience. It’s better to take the cap off between events if possible.

What??? Club swimmers regularly wear two and do not change this for MCSL meets. The only cap rule I know of in MCSL is you cannot wear another team's logo (NCAP, RMSC, your HS, etc.).
