The W-L principal said in yesterday's email that graduation next year would be moved up to June 4. Anyone have any details on how that will change Senior Experience?

Oh goodness. there's almost a whole year to worry about that.

We haven't heard anything yet at a different HS. I hope something official comes out. This would impact post-graduation travel.

I hear the kids are going to sleep through Senior Experience just like this year and every year before...

Same (or around that date) for Wakefield next year.

Any word on Yorktown?

My son took it somewhat seriously, but it should be shortened.

Maybe it should be replaced with senior project like at WHS.

No Friday newsletter from the YHS principal, so I’m just going to have to guess graduation will be the same as the other schools. I imagine senior experience will be shorter. YHS required 100 hours, where WL only requires 60. I’m not sure why it’s not standardized. Senior experience is pretty common at schools around here, so I don’t see it going away.

Yorktown probably has the 7pm spot if Wakefield is 10 and W-L is 3pm.
