Summer basketball AAU tryouts? Camps?

I have a 13yo rising 8th grader.

Are there any AAU tryouts for summer leagues? Recommendations for camps?

He is relatively new to basketball and we are all in this summer. Last year, he went to some camps and they were geared towards younger kids. Most camps seem to end in middle school so he would be the oldest.

Profit fields a team called AAU Swish. They just had tryouts. You can try to contact them to see if they need people but tryouts just ended and attendance was record high. They're in MD.

The traditional AAU/basketball spring season is almost over. Wooten is a decent camp and might still have openings.

Try the various high school coach run camps, including the private and Catholic schools. Wootten sleepaway camp in Frostburg MD is also very good.
