What are you favorite things to grill?

I usually grill our dinner any time it is nice during the summer, mostly because it keeps my kitchen clean and doesn’t heat it up. I do a lot of chicken, fish, and steaks, plus vegetables and potatoes.

What else other than burgers and hotdogs do you like to grill?

Anything that is less commonplace?
TIA!

Literally everything and anything! There is almost nothing you can't grill (or use a cast iron on the grill).

For weeknights, any of the premeditated chicken breasts from wegmans - Buffalo, jerk, Peruvian, bbq - they’re all good. It’s very easy and keeps the variety going.

Kabobs - either marinated cubed chicken, or ground lamb/beef with herbs & spices. Tzaziki or raita to accompany.

I have a grill basket for veggies, so will often chop a variety of whatever I have on hand into 1-2" pieces and toss them in. Onion, bell pepper, summer squash, eggplant, mushrooms, brussel sprouts, broccoli, asparagus (takes less time than the others, so add it later), etc.

We also have grilled pork chops a lot, my DC's favorite. I'll sometimes throw sliced pineapple or halved peaches on the grill with them.

And I'll grill chicken, have it for dinner, and use the leftovers in salads or grain bowls for lunch the next couple of days.
