I have found them at Whole Foods (Bell and Evans brand) in VA. Not sure about the DC area, but whoever carries Bell and Evans may have them.

I’ve never seen these. Clearly they exist per the PPs though, but uncommon. Thighs woould be hard, but buying bone in breasts and carving the meat off is what I do. You can ask at the meat counter too if you don’t want to deal with that
