Any recommendations for trainers/programs? What are others doing for formal strength training? Is it part of your club program? |
Age? Our club offers it for all swimmers, but scaled for age/level (the 10&U group does a weekly Zoom dryland with air squats/squat jumps, burpees, core, etc.; the Senior group meets at a gym for weight training; etc.), and also offers Zoom yoga sessions. |
HS age. Club partners with a gym, but it seems more soccer focused. |
If there is a OneLife near you, explosive performance has youth groups and you can usually find a trainer who has experience with swimmers. |
Healthy Baller has trainers who work with swimmers and swim groups. |
