10 minute barre before exercise

Hi everyone.

I just wanted to share something I saw on Reddit a few months ago that has really helped my exercise routine.

In place of just stretching before any type of exercise you do, try a 10 minute barre class to really get your glutes going. If you have the peloton app, the Hannah Corbin 10 minute barre classes that is the most popular is really great to do. It’s a great glute activator and hits some muscles you may not normally reach while stretching. Doing this a few times a week before my normal exercise routine has really helped my flexibility and muscle pain. Hopefully this helps anyone looking for some stretching pointers !
