| Does anyone do this? What do you like about it? We do Hungry Harvest 1-2 a month and I like it primarily for the organic produce. I did not think much of Imperfect Produce—the quality of the produce was not good. Is MM just boxed food like the center aisles of the grocery store? |
| Yes, about once month. Their stock varies from time to time and you have to be home when they deliver, it can stay out for a bit, but not long, so that's sometimes a problem if one is gone all day. |
| fYI- I think Misfit Market and Imperfect Foods merged sometime in the last year. |
Yes, this is correct. Misfits Market is now the name of the merged companies. We've been using the service weekly for years. The quality of the produce has always been great for us with the exception of avocados which I don't buy from them anymore. We have our weekly staples that we like from their inventory and it's nice to have them delivered. The prices are good. I think most of the products come from Mom's. |
| I once read it was basically an advertising gimmick since imperfect food can be sold to other companies for salsa spaghetti sauce, apple sauce |
This is true. |

Op here. Yes, I never bought the premise that I saving wasted food.
It’s the delivery that I like plus, since I can’t get out of the grocery without spending$175, being able to skip a store visit saves me money. |

| I order occasionally, mostly from the Pantry section. Sometimes they have real bargains. I have it set to skip and then if I am in need of San Marzano tomatoes or fancy crackers for a dinner party I will see what they have. |
