It's readers of that website. The description of the poll said it gave Fenty plenty to worry about, presumably because the Dupont-Logan-U St area should be strong for him. My take is that there are enough unknowns to make the result close to meaningless.

But thanks for calling it to our attention, I'm sure Ms Classy will accept it as further proof of how fugly Gray is.

PP is right -- if the poll voters actually live in that area, it's surprising that Fenty isn't beating Gray by a lot more.
