| I asked this recently and was told Vitamix. Have not researched but I think it has multiple great features. |

| Cuisinart. I got the one with the compressor and make ice cream in 45 minutes (halve the recipe). I can't freeze a bowl 24 hrs in advance. |

| No love for the White Mountain machine? (The one with the bucket and rock salt and whatnot.) They work great, and they have electric models now. |

| Do NOT get the Ninja Creami. My husband got it for me for Mother’s Day and, while well intentioned, it’s just taking up space on our counter. The recipes are mostly made with cream cheese or Fairlife protein shakes and the texture is off. Overall, a fail. |
