MoCo or CCES policy to assign siblings the same homeroom teachers?

Is there such a policy in MoCo or, specifically, at Chevy Chase ES to assign siblings the same homeroom teachers? I am wondering because my two DCs has the same third-grade teacher four years apart. Can my younger DC expect the same teacher as this year for fourth grade as her big sister had? Thanks in advance!

I don't know about specific schools but I think it was just coincidence. My kids have had some same and some different.

It is likely just a coincidence and there is no policy. However, when assigning classes, it is sometimes taken into consideration if a teacher had a particularly strong working relationship with one family.

Do you mean at the teacher's request, or at the family's request? I'm the OP, and we have developed very close relationships with the teachers that DC#1 has had, so much so that we hope to have the same teachers for DC#2. However, we would not dream of making a special request. We are just hoping for luck, providence, what-have-you.
