does mcps rank or have honors roll each year in hs?

Curious if there are any honor rolls etc in hs each year and when it is announced. i know they do it for athletic scholars.

Way back in the 1990s, MCPS ranked. Do you know when and why they stopped?

No honor roll at WJ. What schools have honor roll?

At Senior Awards, top 5% are recognized I believe. Generally, school seems to avoid academic recognition until the last week of senior year. Only athletic recognition seems to be acceptable.

No honor roll at RM, either. It seems they used to have one before covid but then it disappeared.
