Teddy Bears Go Negative

The American Federation of Government Employees has launched two Youtube ads that might generously be described as attack ads. While I didn't believe it was possible, these are even worse than Fenty's ads yesterday. Doesn't anyone know how to produce a proper negative ad in this city?
