What would you say if your kid was particularly rigid about turn taking?

My almost 9yo daughter (mild ASD/adhd) used to need total control of her friends to play with them. Now, she has rigid ideas about turn taking with preferences. She will accuse a friend of not taking turns. I would like to teach her to go outside with the friend and not just insist that she watch a movie first. She keeps track of how often she is bending to a particular friend’s will. I can’t tell if it’s accurate and I figure maybe it doesn’t matter that much. This friend is a bit rigid too.
