sliced fennel on Saturday night. Timing will be tight to assemble. Can I slice it tomorrow (Friday), travel with it, then combine on arrival?
I wouldn’t do that with apples, pears, etc due to browning. Can same or something similar happen with fennel? Thanks chefs! |
| Fennel should be fine. Use a sharp knife for a cleaner cut. |
| It’s like celery so it might make dressing watery. Suggest prepping ahead and adding dressing same day |
