Trying to improve my diet after diagnosis of osteoporosis.
I keep reading to eat dark, leafy greens. Any specific recommendations? |
I eat a lot of sautéed kale (with garlic, crushed red pepper, balsamic). I think it’s the basic NYT recipe. Nothing fancy but I love cooked kale (hate cooked spinach).
I think this basic recipe can be done with any dark leafy greens. |
Any other ideas? |
