I’m out of medication that completely saps my appetite. It’s not a weight loss drug.
I noticed that I’m exhausted a lot of the day. I wonder if I’m not eating enough. Anyone have good resources to find out what my minimum color intake needs to be? There’s just too much on the Internet for me to sort through. If anyone can post a link, I’d really appreciate it. Also, any BTT stories of how you dealt with eating without an appetite? |
| Can you drink your calories? Fruit smoothie heavy on fats (avocado, full fat yogurt, peanut butter)? Heck even add in ice cream if you want. |
