Exercise goals for the summer months

I need motivation. I just did a half marathon last weekend, but now I am playing summer soccer and need to do sprints as part of my training. Sprinting versus long distance running is so different! I am also trying to make it more often to my CrossFit/weightlifting classes.

Going more often to power yoga and ashtanga classes. It is easier once school is out and there's no even practice pickups, games, or homework assistance needed in the evenings.

And taking the stairs vs elevator. In the winter, I always have a coat on so it's a PITA. In summer, I travel light so stairs are an easy pick-me-up each day. I climb a few flights past my floor - or to the top - and then go back down another staircase to my floor.
