3day getaway / need ideas

For DH and I - looking for good food, waterfront town/city for end of July, flying / driving for 2-3 hours ok.
What are some ideas?

The US is huge. 2-3 hrs driving from here is not that far. Commit to a 1hr flight and itll be more fun.
