Any good restaurant recommendations to celebrate graduation for a party of 8 that HE graduate will love being at? Trendy, good, new?

Depends what they like (interesting food? Or mediocre food with a scene?). Does cost matter? Maybe The Smith, Maydan or another Rose Preveti place, Jose Andres restaurants, Lapis, Pastis… I would have liked l’Ardente as a teen (whimsical, trendy) but that may be pricier than what you’re thinking. Rasika can handle a big group but isn’t new.
