For about two months now I’ve been focusing really seriously on diet and exercise. Im experiencing the weirdest thing and hoping someone here has an explanation.
I can tell my legs are getting stronger. I can start to see the muscle growing. I’m losing inches, almost fitting into a smaller size pants; I’m sort of between sizes right now. But somehow my legs looks “fatter” and the inner thigh and back of thigh areas look mottled with squishy, lumpy skin. It never looked like this when I was heavier and not working out. If I grab it, it feels loose and like kid’s slime, it jiggles like crazy, but there is strong muscle under it. What is going on?
