Puerto Rico or other beach spring break 2025 week before Easter?

How crowded are touristy areas in Puerto Rico the week before Easter? I'm OK with moderately crowded but not insanely crowded. I want to be able to get a spot on the beach without having to get there at the Crack of dawn and be able to get restaurant reservations or grab a casual lunch without it being a problem. And also to not be kept up all night by party people. I've been fine with Ocean City Maryland summer crowds but don't want Miami Beach spring break level crowds if that makes sense.
Are there other options with direct flights from the DC area that we should consider? I'd like beach plus cultural or nature stuff, don't want an all inclusive. We could do international. Would prefer flights under $1000 per person and lodging of less than $400 per night (family of 3, usually just get 1 hotel room or a small AirBnB.). |

| You will be fine in PR. Personally I would avoid the Fairmont as we were there over Presidents Day, lack of seating and very unhappy families who were paying $$$. |

| That hotel budget is going to be tough if you want beachfront the week before Easter. That won't get you a Hampton Inn on the beach in FL. |
