| Curious. I ran my picture through several age predicting apps and colleagues and medical staff frequently mistake me to be under 24 yrs old. I'm 42. |
| Haha. Troll. |
|
lol yeah ok
I am 53. People usually place me in my “late 30’s.” I think this means that they are rarely around people in their late 30’s! Or they are just full of crap. I have no idea how to “act” a certain age. I’m just myself. But yeah go ahead and act like a 24 year old. Why not live it?! Let us know how it goes and post pics! |
| When you act and dress like you are under 24, people treat you like you desperately want to be treated. |

I have always looked young for my age but there is absolutely no way that at 42 you look under 24. It is not possible.
I am 44 and people regularly assume I'm mid 30s. Personally I think the difference between being mid 30s and 44 is somewhat negligible, in terms of behavior, so I would say I act my age but also that my behavior is consistent with someone younger. In addition to tending to look young for my age, I also have young kids, because I had kids in my mid-to-late 30s, but since many women have their kids 5-10 years younger than I did, it is easy to assume I am 5-10 years younger. But when I was 34, few people mistook me for 24, because I didn't dress or act like a recent college grad. So this gets fuzzier after 30 when people settle into a general "adult" lifestyle and behavior that makes it harder to tell exact ages within the 30-45 range. |
Not this again All the people who havent aged well get jealous, its tiresome. |
| I am 38, I am told I look late 20s and I act like a senior citizen. |
Nope. Not jealous. I just think it’s comical. I look younger than my age but looking 2 decades younger almost equivalent of a college grad is ridiculous. |
Op here. I dress conservative and stay up late. I'm slim but my diet and skin care regimine is crap. I attribute my youthful look to genetics. My mom doesn't have wrinkles and also looks decades younger at 65. |
| Act your age. We know someone who always says how she looks like she’s in her 20s and acts very immature. It’s embarrassing because no one else thinks she looks in her 20s. |
DD says I act young. I wear normal mom clothes and minimal makeup. In terms of how I look, I just want to fit in. But maybe I seem younger because I giggle a lot (it doesn’t take much to make me laugh) and I’m a bit boisterous. I don’t drink, by the way. I used to try to act more mature (less laughter, fewer hand gestures, better posture, quieter voice) and I think that looked worse than just acting how I usually act. And it’s tiring to pretend! A lot of people are shocked at my age (actually shocked, it’s not a flattering moment it’s just awkward) and I think half of it is the way I act. I genuinely admire people who act mature. But my life hasn’t been worse for the way I act. I’m a teacher, not a law firm partner.

I look a bit younger than my age (50) or at least most folks seem surprised at my age. I have no fashion sense and grays. Oily skin with very few fine lines, currently plump. My early morning eye bags are where it shows most. Makeup free though I moisturize like crazy and occasionally add a primer.
People my age totally clock me but anyone plus or minus 5 years dont. I think it’s weird. I dress in whatever I like and have never had a corporate job so have a more casual look. I also laugh and smile a hell of a lot. When I’m more active I look younger. I definitely feel physically older than when in my 30s so less bouncy if that makes sense. Have early elementary kids and that’s where it shows the most. |
Are you dyslexic? That's the only plausible explanation I can see. Or that people lie to flatter you and you're gullible enough to believe them. |
lol, you are my soul mate. |
| People (probably white) who aged horribly are hating. |
