Quiet restaurant

Hello. I would appreciate suggestions for a quiet restaurant, ideally near Bethesda.

My father will be visiting for a long weekend and has hearing loss, which makes it tricky to have a conversation in most restaurants. We’ll be eating at home a lot, but I’d like to take him out one night for dinner.

The only place that will be quiet on a Saturday dinner at 6pm is a crappy restaurant. Go off hours and anything will be quiet.

Persimmon on Wisconsin near the south end of Bethesda is lovely, a classic for eating out with my elderly friends and relatives.

It’s tenleytoenw, not Bethesda, but Cafe of India is usually quiet.

Yes! They are very quiet and the food and service are excellent. In the same vicinity, Le Chat Noir and Masala Art are also good quiet choices.
