Effect of Dow on RE Market?

What do you think the effect of the Dow hitting 4000 will be on the real estate market? Does this mean that people have money so prices will stay high? More buyers will be able to buy so competition won't ebb? Something else?

| DOW 40,000 on its own of course is meaningless. But yeah, the stock market is doing well. That, among many other factors, will help keep prices high. Don't expect that prices are going to fall. Hopefully, prices plateau a bit and wages can catch up. |
