I'm new to running. Please recommend your app or anyway you keep a voice guide while running. For example, I alternate walking and running with a set time interval. Without having to always checking my watch, is there a way to have some automatic voice reminder? If that's through an app, do I need to carry my phone with me the entire time? I have an apple watch and an i-phone. TIA!
I really like the apps couch to 5K or couch to 10k if you’re trying to go between walking and running up to all the way running.
Peloton does this. They have an app that I think it’s free to use for a couple days and then it’s something like 12.99 per month. They will help encourage you on your run. It’s like a waste and music that you listen to while you are running outside.
Wouldn't it be easier to just look at your watch? I mean, it's right there. I've been running for 40+ years and that's how I check my pace.

Your Apple Watch should be able to do this. Just google does Apple Watch do running intervals.
My Garmin does this and it vibrates and beeps when you’te supposed to switch. |
ASICS Runkeeper app for your iPhone or Apple Watch does this.
