Constant running nose, OTC meds do nothing - what now?

I've been battling a wet cough for a week, and it is mostly going away, but yesterday I acquired sneezes and a runny nose like a faucet. I tried allergy meds (Xyzal) and Dayquil with no change in symptoms. I have no fever, fatigue, or headache: just sinus stuff.
I have things I need to do (including be on video) and I feel fine except that I need to stuff a tissue in my nostrils to leave my hands free. What can I do to control symptoms? |

| The only thing that is somewhat effective OTC is mucinex with pseudoephedrine. You have to get it directly from the pharmacist but it does provide relief. I’ve been dealing with the same symptoms and this is the only thing that helped. That and Tylenol for the sore throat |
