Multiple Sexual Assaults in Clarksburg

Gaithersburg, MD - An 18-year-old Clarksburg male has been arrested and charged with multiple sexual offenses committed in Clarksburg. Investigators are concerned that there may be additional victims and are urging them to come forward.

Ibn Muhammad Rosario allegedly assaulted at least four women who were walking or jogging in the area of Snowden Farm Parkway and Little Seneca Parkway. The assaults took place on Monday, May 6; Tuesday, May 7; Wednesday, May 8; and Thursday, May 9.

In these incidents, Rosario reportedly groped or touched the victims and, in two of the four cases, made lewd comments to the women

At the time of this arrest, he was out on pre-trial supervision.

I usually think the term “sexual assault” refers to rape, not groping. It’s bad and glad that idiot was caught. But probably need to have separate terminology to help differentiate.
