incoming students at Dartmouth

Anyone have incoming students at Dartmouth this fall?

No, but I remember when I was accepted many moons ago they had a summer gathering for all entering local students and their families hosted by some rich alum at their house. This was in California. Do they still do similar events?

Yes--as do many schools.

Same! Bay Area. I think it was in the East Bay like Danville or Orinda or thereabouts. I’m wondering whether my kid attending a different college will have that.

I unfortunately was unable to go!

I went in the 90s. It would have been a lot fewer students back then from the Bay Area. I’d guess no more than 15-20 students (plus their families) attended. Probably under 15. But it’s been a few years!
