Arlington Tech for 504/AuDHD

| Does anyone have experience with having an AuDHD student at Arlington Tech? I'm wondering how supports are there. We have had issues getting supports at our Middle School and having the 504 followed. |

Following. My son has ADHD (minor, few supports in middle school), but after watching the APS video on the programs, I’m concerned he won’t fully embrace the teamwork model and/or fall behind on group projects (or not work well enough as a team member).
I was planning to contact the school for an in person in classroom visit but my son is keen on attending Yorktown with his friends and more traditional high school experience.( I’m still holding out hope he’ll at least consider this option.) Maybe contact the parent resources center for more insight. |
