Please suggest easy party food/ readymade favorites

I need help..hosting a cocktail party on a warm day and needs food suggestions which is easy to prep and serve.

Expecting 20-30 people between 4-10pm. I will not be serving dinner and made it explicit in my invite. Wish to have a lot of finger food. Here is what I am thinking
Guacamole
Salsa
Hummus, likes with fresh veggies and pita
Red pepper dip
Shrimp cocktail
Chickens meatballs
Samosa
Grapes, Mango, watermelon, etc

Any thing else I can add? Something store bought? I would love your opinion.

Thanks

Charcuterie? Or just cheese and crackers?

DP. I would worry more about chicken outside on a warm day than I would a cheese tray. The only way shrimp would work for me is if you have it on ice.

I think hummus with veggies and crispy pita chips is great. Guacamole and chips, too. Any chance of finger sandwiches? Pimento cheese spread on crustless bread. I find pigs in a blanket (store bought and heated) are always a hit. Also, love the fruit.

Guac starts to look like 💩after it’s been sitting out for a while so have a plan to swap it with a fresh tub.

A 6 hour cocktail party?

People are going to make it dinner because they have no choice given the time so make sure to get enough food.

Is this an open house type situation?

Are there drinks being served?

I would do something more filling like lollipop lamb chops and/or chicken wings. Perhaps some sort of ceviche.

How do you know it will be warm? This weekend will be in the 60’s.

Maybe some mini quiches, spanikopita, vegetarian egg rolls, flatbread with toppings.... Like trader Joe's freezer aisle stuff.

Is your goal to have people drop by or to stay? For a party window that long around normal dinner time, people will likely be hungry. If you want them to hang around, have more food. If you want to keep them moving, what you have is fine.

Empanadas
Stromboli - cut into pinwheels... easy to make if you can get the dough from a local italian market
mozarella/red pepper/pesto on hawaiian rolls
greek salad
