Which federal agencies offer disability insurance?

I have seen discussions about this on dCum before. Can we get a list of which federal agencies offer disability insurance? Whether they subsidize it or not (does not matter for my purposes). I’m not talking about FERS disability retirement or the private insurance that you buy as an individual policy but are able to have withdrawn from your paycheck. Some agencies have a true group policy.

i think most of the agencies will be the FIRREA agencies.

OFR allows an STD policy to be purchased, and covers a LTD policy.

FDIC allows a LTD policy to be purchased

Federal Reserve provides short- and long-term disability income protection at no cost

OCC allows an STD policy to be purchased, and covers LTD

SEC allows an STD policy to be purchased, and allows for two different LTD policies to be purchased.

FDIC offers free LTD insurance to all permanent employees who work at least 30 hours per week.
