I’ve been listening to this while working, and I guess not paying enough attention?

At the end, after she has coffee at the deli with Dr. Shaw, she realizes the time and what will happen “in one hour”. I get that the dream at the beginning was a premonition and at the end of the book she’s living it. So what happens at midnight in one hour? She will wake up back at home in 2020 with David?

I’m lost and feel a little stupid. Help!
