Library of Congress Childcare - Little Scholars?

Hi, can anyone share their experience with Little Scholars - the Library of Congress childcare center in Eastern Market? I cannot find any information about it online, but know this is an option for LOC/Hill positions. Is there a current waitlist for the 2-3 age range or are you guaranteed a spot if you are eligible? What's your experience with the quality of care?

I believe there's often (or even usually) a waitlist, but the best way to get information is to call the office.

Great staff and location if you live in the area. Most families walk to it. Good pricing relative to what private centers are charging. Can be hard to get into. First preference for LOC staff, second preference for other Leg branch staff. Have had multiple kids there.

I worked there for years until I retired, it’s a great center if I could return to work I would definitely love to work there. Very good center to put your children
