There are multiple original woodwork mantels. Needs some work but is one of the nicer listings I've seen in a while.

Noice |
I'm shocked it hasn't been painted over throughout the past century. If someone stripped and restored all this woodwork, it is an insane project. |
Nice that it is original, but definitely not my taste. But not much from that era is. |
Yes, I do like that. |
To each their own. |
Gorgeous. I love unpainted wood, as well as the stained glass and the enclosed entry. That stair rail is fantastic.
I wish more houses had protective trim on the wall corners, although I've never seen it done exactly like that. I tried to do cased openings wherever I could in my house, for the same reason. |
three months and that will be white and grey and sterile and people will be all "ooh, so pretty." |
Gorgeous! |
Yes, that staircase alone would be a huge undertaking! It is possible that they restored the house - the radiators are stripped and the William Morris details throughout are a nod to that. Some of the shelving also looks new, like they were trying to match the original style. I hope a rich person with taste buys it... |
Yes! |
I'm in love. |
The mantels are not doing it for me but I'm obsessed with the stairs. |
A beautiful non-white kitchen. I like that it's not new. |
I absolutely love this. |
