Between the bar and the hot tub, they seem fun! Now I would probably want to spend half a million dollars making different design choices for their house, but I admire them for creating what I hope was the home of their dreams. |

Gosh by the time you renovate that is a shockingly high price for the school district (yes, I am very familiar with charters).
But it's a nice size and looks like a comfortable home that was very good to people for a long time! |
| It just seems so dusty. |
| You know it smells |
Yeah, it's priced too high. It caught my eye because we're considering buying a place where my inlaws could live too, and this seems like it could work--but I don't have a sense of the floor plan from the photos. I'd want to pay like half of the list price, so won't even be going to see it. But it's a fun listing! |
| weird that there's no sidewalk on the 15th St side of the house. That's a mark against it for me. |
| The decor is very out of date. I'm picturing owner(s) over 70. That house is going to need a lot of work. |
| Why are the couch cushions stacked so high in photo 30? |
Not one, but two - two! - bars. |
Well there are two sides of the house so obviously they each need a bar, lol! |
| OMG - the hot tub is inside?!? I laughed out loud! |
Dynamite. That house is going to need a lot of Dynamite. |
| What's the deal with the cuckoo price? |
| Looks like a house straight out of Goodfellas. |
| Gawd-awfellas |
