Avatar, though I love sci-fi.

I love sci-fi, but that was just a bad cartoon. And preachy.

Agree! So long and poorly written: I was looking for the exits halfway in. And I too like all sorts of crappy sci fi and fantasy. And my politics align with the preach. So somehow they still blew it with their target audience (me).

+1000!!! Just saw it again this weekend and hated it now that I'm an adult.

Similar issues with Pretty Woman and Dirty Dancing

And Stockard Channing was 33 years old--playing a high school student!

Titanic. Within the first 5 minutes I knew it was the stupidest movie ever. The movie lasted longer than the actual Titanic took to sink. (I think that's true.)

It's especially objectionable because it was a criminal waste of a lot of talented actors. And it wasted some vague nuggets of half decent ideas by cramming them in with crappy ones. I can only figure that whoever greenlit it at the movie studio assumed Richard Curtis was gonna edit that monster script....

The stalker videographer and his cheater love placards... awful

I hated it but I'm a guy so it probably doesn't count.

I can't stand Diane Keaton and her surprised shrieking. I heard she's awful in real life.

Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang still scare me.

Black Panther

[I understand the significance and support it. But the movie itself... blah]

And agree with English Patient, Lost in Translation, Sideways, and Avatar.
