I agree that getting rid of her would not change much. She brings little to the table, but I don't believe she makes anything worse. What the lower school needs is someone to shake up curriculum quality and instruction quality, then tidy up the schedule to make it more efficient. Almost like the head of school needs to reach over and do that for now, there has been a lot of transition, and there needs to be a cooling off. |
