What I don't get: When people complain that they are drowning because their house is underwater

California here- I paid cash for my condo, $335k. Four years later it's worth maybe $200k.

But I don't plan on selling for a very very long times. I can rent it out if I ever get married. My house has lost a lotof value, but so what. I've still got a job and my health.
