ED is a fake "development" coach. He will say winning doesn't matter because he is developing players.

He will pick 5-6 favorite players who will play the entire game without developing....kick ball far, fast run, blame weaker players for mistakes and lack of IQ.

He will put his favorite player(s) in center back and expect them to tackle ball or kick it out without direction when the rest of the team breaks down.

There will be one player he really likes and can't do any wrong. He will split time with remaining players to pack the team for revenue purposes.

Don't let him fool you, very few of his players progress.

For those that did Aspire with VRSC, did it end up closer to $2k beyond club fees or more or less when factor all in for uniform, team fees and travel?

Who wants their kid to play women's pro soccer? It's a dead end career street. I hope parents taking this route have higher ambitions for their child.

To the parent coach that had a kid play d1 and couldn't do anything else to make a living so remained fcv coach, do everyone a favor and move on.
