Witness say he was driving the red SUV, weaving in and out of traffic. He hit the witnesses car but kept going and to them it seemed like he was focused on catching up with another car with 4 women in it. The witnesses decide to pull over bc their car had been hit and at the same time the red SUV and car with the 4 women also pull over because he has also hit their car. The witness isn’t sure what to do but eventually get out to try to talk to the red SUV driver. They walk up and see him stabbing a woman from the other car so they start running away bc the witness has her kid with her.

It doesn’t say how the woman who died ended up outside her car.

Also like a PP mentioned, according to NBC4 it has been confirmed that the dog who died belonged to LLamado and was found dead inside his red SUV (not on the road).

The murderer's insta is still up. The dog was named Teddy. It was a small breed or mix. Very cute. First saw snow this winter. Guy had to have been totally off his head. 💔💔💔💔💔

In that Tesla dash cam, it did seem like someone is already outside of the victim car looking at the rear bumper. These witnesses confirm that car (the lighter silver SUV/crossover) was the victim car. It looks like at least the back hatch is open before anything begins, anyway. Either due to the accident damage or they opened it to see if it’s operational.
