+1 Bad Bunny is the #1 download on Spotify, won the Grammy for album of the year last week, and if you ever enter a gym where the average age is less than 50, his music is constantly playing. Ignorance isn't something to be celebrated.

Neither is crappy music.

NP. It’s the Super Bowl halftime show, you dumb shit. Why are clowns like you suddenly so very, very delicate about the musical act playing in the background while you shovel more food onto your plate

You're clearly a Bad Bunny fan. Not surprising.

Everybody is okay with rap where it’s hard to understand lyrics as well, but the minute somebody sings in a different t language, it’s off putting? Strange how most of you don’t even know who he is. It’s almost as if you enjoy living under a rock.

Two men dry humping each other during the boring Superbowl half time show was inappropriate and off putting.

Most people missed that in real time— seems like you are looking for reasons to complain

I noticed it unfortunately.

DP. Agree totally.

The SB halftime show is a family thing and this is all families on DCUM.

Why shouldn’t children watch people humping each other on stage?

Elvis didn't hump a man.

so you are homophobic it's okay to hump a woman?

It’s more natural.

Whoa unclench. The man’s stage name is Bad Bunny and he’s a pop star. His side kick last night was Lady Gaga, another pop star, who made headlines about 16 years ago for wearing a meat suit to the MTV awards. I don’t remember why she wore it, but it did cause a stir, and captured some headlines. 16 years later she’s still a pop star.

Lighten up before you give yourselves a coronary after all at the end of the day it’s entertainment. Even when sung in Spanish, much like the Super Bowl itself, it’s really just amusement for the masses. Good fun! Bread and Circus… chill.

Pointing out that someone on DCUM is ignorant and stupidly proud of it isn’t going to give someone a coronary. It’s just a normal day people trying to enlighten those who don’t want to learn.

The Grammys aren't particularly indicative of talent, just popularity. Lorde won a Grammy. You don't really hear about her anymore. Fame is fleeting.

Okay, sidebar. What? She just released an album that charted well and finished the US leg of the Ultrasound tour. I think people really start believing that if THEY are not paying attention, then no one is.
Hence why people are so surprised that Bad Bunny is so popular.

Is there a thread in the Entertainment forum about her tour?

You could just listened to the other one who was it, some toddler rocking artist. Go on now.

Clearly you come with a bias. I am watching for the fists time - don’t listen or know much about him - and I think it’s fantastic. Love the Latin vibes, party, festive, joyful, fun. I love the set too.

He is too colorful for some white pasties

He is almost 32. Ancient for the college aged. Tho some of us were listening to bands and music in college our parents listened to of course not admitting to them we liked stuff from 60s and 70s

Follow the money, people. Every time.

Whether or not you knew or liked Bad Bunny prior to the Super Bowl, it’s clueless to think the NFL selected him for any reason other than the fact that he would bring millions of eyeballs and therefore $$$$$. Political correctness it was not.

No. The kids are not into Bad Bun. They never even heard of him.

3 DC - 1 knew him - hs daughter in AP Spanish who likes that type of music

Others in HS and college- didn’t know of him.

No one loved the performance.
